All you do is fill out the form telling us about the house you want to sell. The information about your house will be sent to High Meadow LLC and wewill contact you by phone to arrange a time to view your house.

Does High Meadow LLC charge a fee to make an offer for my house?
No fee is ever charged to view and/or make an offer for your house.

Does High Meadow LLC pay market value?
Any offer you receive will be an amount discounted from the retail value of your house if it was fully renovated. Franchisees are professional home buyers who buy homes below market value for a profit. However, we close quickly, pay cash, and usually pay all normal closing costs.

DISCOUNT PRICE OFFER: High Meadow LLC offers you the option of selling your property to us at a discount price and saving yourself the time, effort, and money required to renovate your property and list it for sale. High Meadow LLC uses the margin between the discount price and the market price to fund the costs of renovating and marketing your property and to hopefully earn a profit from the subsequent sale. Therefore, please do not submit information about your property if you are not interested in receiving a discount price offer.
